I have added everything you need to make this coconut curry lentil soup by just adding it to a stock pot. Elevate it and add some white rice or chicken pieces. Either way - this is a sweet and spicy meal sure to last you a few days. Makes 4-5 bowls of soup. Jar is canned so it will last at least a year in your pantry unopened.
